Andrea Gelzer, MD

Andrea Gelzer MD is CEO of Qual-IT Strategies and former chief medical officer for several managed health care health plans and hospitals in the United States.  She has more than 30 years experience in the health care space.  

Andrea is an expert in clinical business models for vulnerable and complex health populations, health information exchange, and value-based provider reimbursement.  She previously served as co-chairman of the Gravity Project executive steering committee, which is a national public collaborative in the US that develops consensus-based data standards to improve how we document and digitally exchange social drivers of health information.
